Why you are receiving a shipping quotation message

Thank you for your interest in shopping with us.  Due to the complexities of shipping your chosen products to your shipping zone, we need to quote your for shipping.

We may need to add a cost for shipping to your area, as the costs from the shippers are too high for us to absorb or if the product you require is too large or heavy for our usual shippers.

We may need to add a cost if you have chosen to add a 2-man home delivery service.  A service where we will deliver to your home, assemble the goods and remove the packaging.  

What happens after I have requested a shipping quote?

We will contact you with the details you have provided.  If you have not provided any details, then please give us a call on 01305 269070.

We will let you know the cost of the delivery based on the information you have provided.  If you would like to go ahead, this amount will be added to your cart to enable you to check out.  Please note due to VAT calculations – your quotation will show a price ex VAT.  VAT will be added to the total outstanding balance, where applicable.

If you are an overseas business with a VAT number and you require us to calculate VAT differently, please call us.  (Some VAT exempt regulations may change in line with Brexit legislation).

When your order has been placed, we will contact you again to let you know the earliest dispatch date.
